BOOKING INFORMATION / TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Once received, I will send you a booking email and a Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk Agreement (the “liability waiver”)

I require a non-refundable deposit equaling 25% of the trip price with the balance payable 90 days before the trip starts, once participants have agreed to the contents of the liability waiver and have signed it.

Expeditions: For all foreign expeditions, lasting more than 15 days, payment in full is required 120 days prior to the start date, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions contract.

Payment options

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total trip price or private guiding fee is due with your booking. You will receive an invoice at the time of booking.

We accept these forms of payment:

1.  Credit card: Visa or MasterCard through your WISE invoice
2. E-Transfer (Canada only). E-transfer to: ninovg@gmail.com
3. Stripe online invoicing accepting Visa or Mastercard or bank transfer.

Final payments are due 90 days before your trip starts unless prior arrangements have been made in writing.

Please read the updated TERMS AND CONDITIONS contract which will be sent along with during the booking process for review and signature acknowledgement.

Trip Insurance

I strongly recommend trip insurance to cover unforeseen expenses, including cancellation, lost luggage, and pandemics. Learn more here: TRIP INSURANCE
